Summary
Thank you for your Feeback
The feedback should be of value to the employee so you need to focus on a particular behaviour in a specific situation. Please avoid any reference to attitude and belief (e.g. you believe it's not important, you see things differently), generalization of action (e.g. you are not doing your job, don't understand a thing), or usage of sweeping statements (e.g. you are always late, you always say that).
You want your feedback to be counted so please make it acceptable to the recipient.

You Have Feedback
Feedback is a gift. It is what your colleagues observed or saw in you at that particular moment that you might not aware of. Feedback is always positive in nature because your colleagues are concerned enought to let you know of their observation.
