EEI Corporation (herein "Corporation") created this EEI 360° portal ("EEI 360°") for the benefit of and exclusive use by EEI Corporation and its employees. By accessing this EEI 360°, you represent that you currently meet these criteria and that you will abide by the terms and contents of this Terms of Use, Confidentiality Agreement, and Disclaimers (herein "Agreement") as stated below.
Access to this EEI 360° and use of these materials is restricted exclusively to persons who have been approved by EEI Corporation in accordance with the restrictions and limitations herein provided and that may be provided or later on imposed by the Corporation ("Authorized Users").
You agree to not share your username and password with anyone, including other members from your office/department unless required by your supervising officer. In order to maintain the security of this portal, each individual must register separately.
By accessing this EEI 360°, you agree to keep all materials confidential. You agree not to disseminate or otherwise provide any material obtained from the EEI 360° to any person not currently an Authorized User as defined under this Agreement. Prohibited dissemination includes, but is not limited to sharing, modification, publication, transmission, transfer, selling, reproducing, creating derivative works from, distributing, performing, displaying, or in any way exploiting any of the Content, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted in this Agreement. Any non-confidential use must be authorized in writing and in advance by either the author of the document or the EEI 360° administrator (eei360support@eei.com.ph).
You may use this EEI 360° and the materials you obtain from it only in connection with your employment with EEI Corporation. Use for any other purpose, including training seminars, must be approved in advance in writing by the EEI 360° administrator (eei360support@eei.com.ph).
You must cease use of this EEI 360°, destroy any materials you have already obtained from this website, and immediately notify EEI Corporation at eei360support@eei.com.ph if you no longer meet the criteria for an Authorized User. Former EEI Corporation employees are not authorized to use this EEI 360°.
This EEI 360° contains resources and materials developed by EEI Corporation as well as other organizations/individuals. If the author of any materials in the EEI 360° no longer wants his or her work on the EEI 360 portal, that author should send a message to eei360support@eei.com.ph, and the administrators will remove the author's materials from the EEI 360° portal immediately.
The EEI 360° is provided to you on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the EEI 360° is at your sole risk. You understand and agree that EEI Corporation makes no warranty or representation regarding the accuracy, currency, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of the EEI 360° content; that the content will meet your requirements; that access to the EEI 360° will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; or that defects, if any, will be corrected. EEI Corporation makes no warranty of any kind, either express or implied for the provision, contents, security, or availability of EEI 360°.
Use of these materials in no way creates any legal relationship or authorization between any users and the employees of EEI Corporation or organizations contributing to the EEI 360°, or authors of materials found in the EEI 360°. The materials offered in the EEI 360° do not constitute legal advice, legal services, authorization, empowerment, representation or permission. All users of this site must agree to comply with the standard terms of use and legal restrictions that apply to all websites in addition to any specific terms listed here.
EEI Corporation reserves the right, in its discretion, to change or modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time, effective immediately upon publication or issuance. Your continued use of the EEI 360° constitutes your acceptance of these changes and modifications.
NEITHER EEI CORPORATION, ANY CONTENT PROVIDER NOR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF THE FOREGOING LIMITATION IS HELD TO BE UNENFORCEABLE, EEI CORPORATION'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FIVE THOUSAND PESOS.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold EEI Corporation and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, information providers and third party contributors free and harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, costs and expenses incurred by any Person in connection with any use or alleged use of the EEI Corporation under your password by any person, whether or not authorized by you. EEI Corporation reserves the right, to assume the exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with EEI Corporation of such claim.
