You expressly agree, consent and authorize EEI Corporation and its Subsidiaries to collect and process personal information from you and your personnel.

You agree that the above-mentioned personal information shall be processed for the following purposes:

• To be used for evaluation processing of accreditation as a Supplier; and
• To be used as reference of the Corporation in its projects.

You agree that the above-mentioned personal information shall be processed by the Corporation in such a manner as is necessary for its business processes and legally-intended usage.

You agree that the above-mentioned personal information may be disclosed to the various business units or departments of the Corporation, its clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, or personnel, or such person/s as is or will be necessary for its legally-intended purpose.

You may request for the removal of my personal information from the Supplier Portal by giving the Corporation a written request for removal ten (10) days before the intended removal.

You agree that the above-mentioned personal information will be accessed or stored for as long as the purposes for which they are being processed have not been satisfied.

You acknowledge that you have read and understood the policies of the Corporation, and agree that the EEI Corporation and its subsidiaries may collect, use, and distribute personal information as defined under Republic Act 10173 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

You are aware of your rights under the Data Privacy Act, including the following:

• The right to access any personal information.
• The right to make correction to any personal information
• The right to object to the processing of any personal information
• The right to erasure or blocking of any personal information
• The right to be informed of the existence of processing of any personal information
• The right to damages; and
• The right to lodge a complaint before the National Privacy Commission.
